When you’re in a classroom with 8 infants Back by popular demand 2020 Life is good shirt and it’s you and another teacher you watch all the kids together. If one sees one of the kids about to fall down or roll over onto a toy or something they take care of that baby. One might be changing diapers and the other watches the entire class. In the toddler room on up it’s pretty much the same thing but running, falling, biting, and natural things kids do. One of the most important things, to me, is that there are TWO people in that classroom, TWO people who are watching each other. This way no one hits anyone, no one gets mad at a kid, no one yells, cusses, or anything when they’re tired or stressed out.
